Fire Loss

This structure, a rental property, suffered a fire loss.  The damage to the garage required the roof to be replaced and there was heavy soot damage to the walls of the garage.  The before photo shows the new roof and the blackened soot damaged walls. SERVPRO of Southern Cuyahoga County was contacted for assistance in removing the soot from the wall sheathing in the garage.  The removal of the soot was done by dry ice blasting the walls.  The after photograph provides proof that SERVPRO of Southern Cuyahoga County's work made it "Like it never even happened."  The customer was very pleased with the results!
